Randall Toney rushed 20 times for 255 yards and two touchdowns Friday night as the undefeated Station Camp Bison clinched a home playoff game with a 34-0 victory over White House.

The triumph for the Sumner County rivals was the first shutout win over the Blue Devils since David Lipscomb won 35-0 over White House during the 1995 season. - a span of over 11 years. It was also the biggest loss for the Blue Devils since a 42-14 defeat at the hands of Hillsboro in the 2003 playoffs.

Toney got the Bison on the board with a 47-yard run in the first quarter, setting off a 27-point effort in the opening half, scoring also in the second quarter on a 13-yard run. Ryan Shewe, Richard Bailey and quarterback Matthew Johnson each found the endzone, as Station Camp scored on only four trips inside the White House red zone.

The Blue Devils held Station Camp to 0-for-3 on fourth down, one of the few positive stats of the night.

Station Camp ran 70 offensive plays for 482 yards, all but 22 of which on the ground, while White House struggled to move the football with 32 plays for only 69 yards in the game, including a late long run by Justin West in the fourth quarter.

White House had six kick returns in the game for 89 yards, but picked up only four first downs on offense. The Bison moved the chains 23 times and held the football for 32:37 of the 48 minutes in the game.

Defensively, White House was led by a group of sophomores with Zack Duty and Chad Neal making 13 stops each, while Michael Barrett and Matt Parker combined for 22 tackles. DeMarrius and DeMarqus Payne had 15 tackles between them, and the top six defenders on the night for White House were all members of the same class.

DeMarqus Payne had an interception in the back of the endzone, while DeMarrius Payne had two pass break-ups.

Toney led all players with the 255 yards, including six runs over 20 yards in the contest. Shewe added 67 yards on 11 carries, with Bailey contributing 46 yards on 11 rushes. Matthew Johnson completed just 1-of-8 passes for 22 yards, to Jacob Barker.

Dustin Townsend suffered a tough night throwing the football, completing only 3-of-12 passes for 35 yards with two interceptions, both by Jordan Hamblen. Chad Neal had two receptions for 26 yards and DeMarrius Payne caught one ball for nine yards.

White House comes back home for week 10 to face Greenbrier in the Comcast High School Game of the Week. The Bobcats, with a 14-12 loss to Macon County Friday night, have been eliminated from the playoffs, but can do the same to White House with a win.

If White House (5-4, 3-2) loses, Macon County will be the fourth seed as a result of the head-to-head tiebreaker and the Blue Devils will miss the playoffs. White House, however, can still finish as high or second or third in Region 4-3A.

If Station Camp beats Pearl-Cohn and White House beats Greenbrier, White House would finish second. If the Blue Devils win and Station Camp loses, Pearl-Cohn would win the region and Station Camp would be second, pushing White House to third.

White House has not missed the playoffs since 1991.
